These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 768bt ("768bt", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online betting and casino platform accessible at https://768bt.io and all associated subdomains and mobile interfaces. 768bt reserves the right to request documentary proof of age, identity, and address at any time during the lifecycle of your account. Acceptable documents include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driving licence issued by Bangladeshi authorities. Players who fail to provide the requested documentation within the specified timeframe may have their accounts restricted or closed at the sole discretion of 768bt.

Each player is permitted to hold one single 768bt account at any one time. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or multiple accounts by a single individual — regardless of the email address, phone number, payment method, or device used — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Where 768bt identifies duplicate accounts, all associated accounts may be suspended, any bonus winnings generated across those accounts will be voided, and the net balance across all accounts may be reduced to reflect only legitimate deposits.

768bt supports deposits and withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via a range of local and international payment methods, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank), Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. All balances on the 768bt platform are held and displayed in BDT. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by 768bt, although individual payment providers may apply their own transaction limits.

• Deposit processing time: bKash and Nagad deposits typically credit to your 768bt account within 30 seconds of payment confirmation. Card deposits may take up to 5 minutes depending on the issuing bank.
• Withdrawal processing time: Withdrawal requests submitted before 18:00 Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) are ordinarily processed on the same calendar day. Requests submitted after 18:00 BST will be processed by 12:00 BST the following day.
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500 per transaction.

The following general betting and gaming rules apply across all products on the 768bt platform:

• All bets and wagers are final once confirmed. 768bt does not accept requests to cancel or modify a bet after it has been placed and confirmed, except in the specific circumstances described in the applicable product rules (e.g., match abandonment, void market conditions).
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all markets and games and are displayed at the point of wagering. These limits may vary by game, market, player segment, and promotional period.
• In the event of a technical error affecting the outcome of a bet or game round — including server errors, connection failures, or display errors — 768bt will use its reasonable endeavours to determine the correct outcome based on available data. Where a correct outcome cannot be determined, the affected bet or game round will be voided and the stake returned to the player.
• Cricket betting markets on BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers international fixtures follow the standard cricket rules published in the Sports Betting section. Matches that are abandoned due to weather or other external factors will be settled in accordance with the published void and abandonment rules.
• 768bt reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market that was opened or priced in error due to a data feed malfunction, incorrect odds compilation, or manifest pricing error. Players will be notified of voided bets and stakes will be returned promptly.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 768bt platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in the immediate suspension or permanent closure of your account, the voiding of all bets and bonuses, the forfeiture of your account balance, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities where appropriate.

• Fraud and misrepresentation: Providing false information at registration or during any verification process; impersonating another person; using stolen or unauthorised payment credentials.
• Money laundering: Using the 768bt platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from illegal activity; structuring transactions to avoid reporting thresholds; depositing and withdrawing without genuine gaming activity.
• Collusion: Cooperating with other players to manipulate the outcome of any game, market, or tournament on the platform.
• Use of automated tools: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated software to interact with the platform, place bets, or exploit game mechanics without human intervention.
• Arbitrage and matched betting: Systematically exploiting bonus offers or odds discrepancies in a manner that guarantees a risk-free profit regardless of outcome.
• VPN and proxy use: Using virtual private networks, proxy servers, or other anonymisation tools to circumvent geographic restrictions, access region-locked promotions, or mask your true location.

768bt's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your 768bt account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit 768bt's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Bangladeshi law.

768bt collects, processes, stores, and uses personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and forms part of the overall agreement between you and 768bt. By creating a 768bt account and accepting these Terms, you also acknowledge and accept the terms of the Privacy Policy.

Personal data collected by 768bt is used for the following purposes: account registration and verification; processing deposits and withdrawals; complying with anti-money-laundering and know-your-customer obligations; delivering personalised bonuses and promotions; providing customer support; and fulfilling any applicable legal or regulatory reporting requirements. 768bt does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

Your continued use of the 768bt platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must stop using the platform and close your account before the revised Terms take effect.

768bt may terminate or suspend your account and access to the platform at any time, with or without notice, if it has reasonable grounds to believe that you have breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or pose a risk to the integrity of the platform or the safety of other players. Upon termination for breach, any outstanding balance may be withheld pending investigation. Upon termination for any other reason, your verified account balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
